Plans & pricing

A clear path from evaluation to production.

The current surface separates the developer pilot from the provisional paid launch catalogue. Final paid-plan prices, allowances and contractual service levels are still being calibrated and are marked £TBC or TBC rather than presented as settled facts.

Developer pilot: SportsFoundry is currently in pre-release developer validation. The Developer pilot entitlement is separate from the public paid-plan catalogue; it does not set or promise the eventual launch price.

Plans designed around how the API is used.

Every plan uses the same SportsFoundry contract and published coverage model. Plans change capacity, operational support and commercial commitments—not the meaning of the data.

What changes between plans.

The table deliberately exposes undecided values. They will be replaced with evidence-backed commercial limits before general availability.

Commercial principles

What will not be hidden behind a higher tier.

One data contract

Higher plans do not get a different definition of fixtures, results or teams. The SportsFoundry model remains consistent.

Honest coverage

A price plan does not turn unavailable data into supported coverage. The public Coverage page remains the source of truth.

Visible limits

Final allowances, rates, overages and service commitments will be stated before a paid plan becomes binding.

Questions

Pricing FAQ.

Why are prices still TBC?

SportsFoundry is validating real usage, supply cost and support requirements before fixing prices. Publishing placeholders is more useful than hiding the intended packaging or inventing certainty.

Can I evaluate the API now?

Yes. Check current coverage, create an account and follow Get Started. Current account entitlements and limits are shown inside the customer portal.

Will pilot users keep their price?

No price protection is promised yet. Any founder, pilot or migration benefit will be stated explicitly before it becomes a commitment.

Does every plan include every sport?

Plans govern access and capacity; published Coverage determines what data SportsFoundry currently supports. Coverage can evolve independently of pricing.

Are overages automatic?

The overage model is TBC. SportsFoundry will state whether a plan rejects, throttles or bills excess usage before paid general availability.

What about custom requirements?

Enterprise/custom is a contact path for needs that do not fit the provisional self-serve catalogue. It is not currently a fourth public paid launch plan; whether a formal Enterprise tier is needed remains an open decision.
